Exactly ONE Year Ago… From Nothing To Having It All!

It has been exactly one year you know… But, before I go further on it, I want to share something with you that has proven to be insanely valuable and completely life changing for me:

“Funny how things change overnight once you start thinking right”

Anyways, back to the one year thing. What is exactly one year you might wonder? How will I put it? How about going from having absolutely nothing to practically having everything my heart could ever desire?

Evah!

And, while this is nice enough, it has been done fully with the internet and nothing else. With no other costs other than web hosting and the cost of a domain registrations. My traffic is big AND is 100% free.

Let me take you back one year.

It was august 2007 when it happened. Uh, what has that to do with one year? I know, I know.. on first sight, nothing. But, as a matter of fact, it seemed most important for the way my life was going to be for the next 18 months or so after that date…

At the time, I was running an online business which was successful enough to be living from it full time and, it made me able to do what I always wanted to do, move to sunny Portugal and start a new life in the sun.

All was well until I arrived here in the Algarve. It was about two months after I arrived that absolute terror and disaster struck me. I don`t know why but I do know that EVERYTHING that could go wrong actually DID go wrong.

To give you an idea:

As said, I just moved to Portugal which cost me a good bit. It was during the trip to Portugal that disaster had actually already kicked me in my online business nuts fatally but, since I was enjoying the ride, it so happened that I did not notice anything going on. A few days after I arrived and checked up on the business which I assumed to be fine, I found some of my websites which brought in my income to be offline.

Of course not suspecting anything to be wrong, I thought there might be some maintenance going on so, I decided to check on them later. Later came around and my sites still seemed to be offline. How odd. I had paid all the hosting and no other issues where mailed to me.

It took me two days to find out that disaster had indeed struck and that I lost just about everything I had ever worked for.

The hosting company whom I was using their services of decided to disappear from the face of the earth taking All of my sites and the sites of all other customers with them. After doing some research it so happened that they did not pay THEIR bill to the company whom they where doing business with. This resulted of them being booted and the servers all got formatted. And, this was happening WHILE I was trying to safe all of my sites by rapidly ftp-ing them to my local drives

Can you imagine the stress?

Did I back up the sites? As a matter of fact, YES!

But, sadly… the backups resided on you guessed it, on of their servers… I was unfortunately not able to rescue my sites at all. I had a few sites still on my local drive but…

Bottom line was this: I had lost ALL my websites, ALL my income…

INSTANTLY…

Luckily I had some money saved so I had a buffer. And, boy… did I need it.

It was a total of around a few thousand Euro I had to my name. With this I had to pay the rent and get my sites back online asap. It was a tough decision to make… Either using the money to go back to Holland and take it from there or, stay in Portugal, work my ass off and use the cash to pay for living and getting my sites back up.

I chose to stay in Portugal.

The money I had saved was on a different bank account in Holland. It so happened that my bank pass or ATM card as some call it refused to work for me. No matter what I tried, no money was coming out of those ATM machines.

This left me kind of stuck… Now I could not even go home should I want it. As I would not have enough cash and my bank card refused to work…

There was one solution and that was to trust my neighbor with helping me out on this. As his parents lived next door and I was working on setting up a business together with him I thought: “hey, if I can`t trust this guy and his parents next door, then who can I trust here?”

Was that ever the worst mistake I could make or what?

I know, I know, but there simply WAS no other way and so, I wired the money over to his account. Actually, two amounts totaling a good few thousand euros.

About a week later this dude disappeared and I have never seen him nor his parents ever again. Nasty detail here was that he took my cash with him…

Now I had about 1200 euro to my name, no income and no way to pay the rent of the house I was renting… I had to come up with an emergency plan asap.

I moved to what I called the hut.

This bizarre place was what I had to call home for as long as it was needed to be. This thing of a hut  smelled like a dirty pig stable, had no normal electricity, no shower, no cooking facilities, a dead rooster in the freezer with his skull fractured, next to no furniture and a big fat loudly snoring Brazilian lady as my new neighbor next to it. There was only a small tiny wall in between us, so, whatever the thing did, I heard. Every damn movement she did, I witnessed.

If I wanted to work on my pc I had to make sure ALL other electric appliances were turned off or else the fuse would blow. Normally nothing to worry about. Thing was, the fuse was in another house on the property with a very moody person living in it. And, this house was around 500 meters away from me. On top of that, I did not speak much Portuguese and this dude even less English. Unfortunately this counted for the three other small apartments next to me too. All the huts got electricity from the one group. One fuse for us all. So, if any of my neighbors would as much as turn on the television all would be ZAP… out… fuse blown… This normally happened a few times PER HOUR… So, I made sure I saved my work every bloody minute I could.

While this is all very entertaining the worst thing is yet to come…

The hut had no internet. That sucks when you are an internet marketer…

I had one option. There was an internet cafe which I could use for just a few hours a day (since my budget was extremely low and I had practically NO income at all) but, this internet cafe was about 6 kilometers away from me. I had no car and paid transport was not an option I could afford. So, it became walking.

At this stage I had become seriously aware of the extreme situation I had landed myself in. Practically an ‘all or nothing’ kind of thing… It actually struck me so hard that for a while I mentally lost myself. For weeks I endured the worst feelings of fear and extreme worries. And, how else could I have reacted? Some serious crap I was in.

It was at this stage that I happened to stumble upon the movie called “The Secret”. At a time of my deepest despair and worries… While I was in the internet cafe I saw the secret. Not sure how I got to it but the main thing is, I saw it.

I was so impressed by it that I decided to quickly download it to my usb stick to watch it again at the hut. It was only a few years ago when I felt that thoughts are more than just thoughts… Watching the Secret was the proof of that assumption.

Does this secret work? Yes. It does. And, I am the living proof of it.

Don`t be fooled thinking that “the Secret” is some kind of box with a button on it which you can click to get you out of any problem you are in.

See it more as a torch in the complete darkness. A torch so bright it will allow you to start noticing things you`ve never seen before.

The secret teaches the law of attraction and how to work with this law to literally attract anything you want straight in to your life.

It also tells you a lot more and should you be lost in your life or not happy with the things and how they are going in your life I highly recommend you watch it asap. Not just once, but, do as I did. I watched it so many times that I was able and still am able to speak every singly word as it is said while watching the movie. I made sure I learned everything they mentioned and made it as my believe.

The first result I got from that was being utterly happy.

And, that is particularly odd, considering the extreme situation I was still in. At this stage I was down to a few hundred euro, rent was due and well, it sure as hell did not look like I was going to get paid for something anytime soon.

However, They teach you to be grateful for whatever it is you can become grateful for. It changes your energy and makes you focus on the things that make you happy, or, grateful for in life.

I started to look at things in life I otherwise not noticed. Like flowers, plants, blue skies, stars, the moon, nature and, in the end, at myself. I turned grateful and it made me smile.

It made me find my inner-self so to speak.

I compare this transformation to friends as follows:

If you close your eyes, I am sure you can imagine a beautiful lake with on its shores beautiful palm trees and on the back ground there is a huge glorious mountain which also reflects nicely when you look at it using the lake as your reflector. If the water is still enough you will be able to see just about every small detail in the reflection on the lake as that you can see above it unfolding.

This is nice and peaceful. All is visible.

It takes just the one rock thrown in that lake to take away all clarity you had a few moments ago.

I kind of feel it is the same with your mind. Stress and worries overtake peace and calmth.

Once that happens, just like with hot and cold, dark and light, if stress and worries are part of your life there simply is no space for happiness or, not as much as I believe every person should have inside themselves.

Anyways, to take you further on my story, just like in the secret, nothing really happened to me, nobody was giving me any money and although I was now happy and grateful, my situation did not improve.

Until around November 2008.

A few weeks after finding my peace and happiness and while working in the hut on my pc something happened. I had an idea. And, this idea just kind of popped up in my head. It was in the middle of the night. I was in bed and could not sleep. I was thinking of ways to make money on the internet faster as that I had ever done before. And, it just came to me.

That very instant, I think it was 4:05 in the morning I jumped out of my bed and started my pc to draw out what I had just been thinking about.

You should know that while I was working nearly 24 hours per day to get myself back on track again I discovered a few things that when I am looking back on things right now, totally have saved my ass and made the impossible possible.

As said, all this time my budget was getting smaller and smaller leaving me with less hours per day in which I was able to use the internet to get my sites online.

At this stage I worked at home and saved everything to an usb stick which I then took to the internet cafe to upload to the net. After a few weeks working on my plan the time had come to give it its ultimate test. The one of whether or not it would make me any money faster as that I was doing now.

And, did it ever.

Within two months I had earned just over $20,000.00!!!

Can you believe it? I couldn`t! Seriously, I could not believe my eyes… But, I have witnesses in the likes of Alex Goad and some other very good friends who personally have seen it happening and being aware of my personal situation I was in.

But, bottom line was this: I created a monster. It was in february 2009 that I was able to cash some of that money in and yihaa! I now had internet (wireless from a stick slow as hell) in my hut.

Yeah, slow as constipated shit, but, it was internet. Now I did not have to walk 12 kilometers per day…

I could use this time to further research my new born internet marketing success system and improve it.

Now, a year later. As in exactly to the day…

I am now living in a huge villa with three bathrooms, a private pool, 2 garages, high speed internet in extreme comfort and completely financially independent. I have people working for me, I employ a gardener, have a cleaning lady and so on. I drive an expensive car, wear expensive clothes, eat out every day of the week and have more money in my bank than that I ever had before. Money is coming in from all sorts of corners all over the world and many times I do not even know in the first place where it came from.

To give you an even better idea: Should for some strange reason the internet cease to exist right now as we speak or ALL my sites for that matter then I would still be able to live comfortably for years to come…

All of this In just one year time.

Right now I am sitting in front of my fire place. Extremely comfortable. I had a great day on the beach today with my dog, had an incredible lunch and now, in a comfortable sofa, using my laptop to write this story down hoping to motivate or inspire you with what I was capable of doing in the last 365 days or so.

I firmly believe that if I can do this, you can do the same.

It is for this purpose that I have decided to put everything about my system that made it all possible for me in to something that you can use to duplicate my success.

I am working on it…

And, right now this baby brings in more than $4K on average with top months doing more than $9K per month. ALL 100% Autopilot. Once set up there is no more work needed.

So, coming back to what I began with: Once you start thinking right, there is literally nothing that you can`t do. As a matter of fact, you can do just about anything that you set your mind to.

I started to think about what was really important in my life other than the worries which seemed so important to me all this time. I started to look at me. I started to believe in me.

This is how I would like this post:

Start thinking about yourself so now and then. Stop wasting time with worrying too much or, worrying at all.

Focus on what you want and go for it! Make a plan and do whatever it is that is needed for you to achieve your goals. Just like I did.

Start feeling good today. It will bring about many more better tomorrows.

Google Sniper (& Why I refunded)

Google Sniper.

A few days ago I received an email which was talking about Google Sniper, a new internet marketing autopilot income system from a guy called George Brown. And, he called it Google Sniper.

Ok, get this: Google Sniper supposedly is a system that generates $15,000.00 per month on pure autopilot. As in, set and forget make sites, set the Google Sniper System up and start making $15,000.00 per month. Right?

Sorry, but this sounds too good to be true. Why? I am about to launch a system that is very alike the Google Sniper system but, I would not claim it to be making $15,000.00 per month on autopilot…

Here is the mail, after it I will continue my post:

Hey Walt, usually about once every 2-3 years a great course is released. One that answers a lot of the questions that I personally had when I first started marketing online many years ago.

When I first began marketing online, I’d heard that affiliate marketing was the “easiest way to make money online”.  I’m sure you’ve probably heard that too. Probably even from me.

However, with that said, when I first started marketing online, I had absolutely no clue how to:

1. Make a website that I could us to promote someone else’s product

2. Find a product to promote that actually converted into sales

3. Get traffic to my website so somebody would see what I was promoting

… and I could go on and on.

These days, I always here “crap” in forums from people saying, all you have to do is go to Clickbank.com and look for products with “good” sales letters. (products that look enticing and would
be ones that you might buy yourself)

Then, head to Google Adwords and start advertising that Clickbank product. Figure out which keywords are making you sales and which ones aren’t. Then get rid of the ones that aren’t. And let your
campaign run on “auto-pilot” and you’ll be rich.

Perhaps you’ve heard that garbage as well. And perhaps you’ve even tried it. I know I did. And, I’m sure I don’t have to tell you, but that obviously doesn’t work, does it?

Anyway, let’s be honest here. People ARE making a lot of money as affiliates that solely promote Clickbank.com products.

I know this for a fact, as I have ALOT of affiliates promoting our products that make a lot of money each month. So, how do they do it is the question…

Chances are, they’re either using what’s called The Google Sniper system, or some sort of variation of it. Kind of a cheesy/hypie name, but regardless of the name, I know this system works.

I have several of these “auto-pilot” systems set up. Basically, when I get bored (which isn’t very often to be completely honest) I set up a little side money maker as an affiliate marketer, marketing Clickbank.com products.

The course I’m referring to. It’s called Google Sniper. And yes, I don’t like the name…

but the course is VERY good and not expensive. Much of what is taught is what I do. Some of which was completely new to me.

Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that the methods taught don’t even use Google Adwords! So, if you dislike or aren’t very good at using Google Adwords, this is perfect for you. Ok, sorry for the long, drawn out email. I sometimes ramble a bit when I get excited about things. blah blah blah…

And, again, a quick rundown of who I think this new course is a good fit for… and who I think it’s probably not a good fit for:

This is a GOOD fit for you if any of these sounds like you:

1. Aren’t very good with Google Adwords
2. Can’t seem to find profitable Clickbank products to promote
3. Have tried “affiliate marketing” but maybe only made a few bucks, if anything
4. Get bored with things and jump from project to project quite often
5. Spend time browsing forums. Try to do stuff mentioned, but never
seems to fully work.

This is probably a BAD fit for you if you:

1. Are already a “super affiliate” using your own methods successfully.
If something’s working for you, then don’t go chasing after another
strategy. “Don’t fix what ain’t broken”
2. Are too unmotivated to follow instructions or read an eBook.

I actually am going to buy Google Sniper and will give it a go.

Why?
As said, I created a system called Blogslayer. It is all about making sites and creating an income with them but, as mentioned, they do not make $15,000.00 on autopilot.

Perhaps if you would make enough Blogslayer make money online sites you could start making $15,000.00 but, this would take quite some time. As said, not impossible and as a matter of fact, I am making that but, it is from all of my web property together. And, not all of it is autopilot.  And, …

Not just one site.

Anyways, I will keep you updated on my progress using Google Sniper as I am pretty curious and eager to start using it.

Why? It is not that it is not good. It is good in many ways. But, it is really basic.  As in REALLY Basic. And, compared to the project I am creating, Blogslayer, I will have to say that my project is far more superior to Google Sniper. There are many things I add and offer that are not to be found in Google Sniper.

I have to be honest here. I would also have graded it better than Blogslayer would it have been better than Blogslayer.

Sorry George, although for newbies a very good course to begin with, I refunded.

When a product you are getting has true value and great content you feel good. Cause, this is something you can do something with, right? This is why you paid for the product and now you can make money with it.
